- Scheduling and customer management: booking calendars, forms, and contact records

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work (for example, booking and forms), remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site, such as booking, may not work properly without them.
5. Email
If you book a call or contact us, we'll email you about that request. We may also send occasional emails about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
6. Text messages (SMS)
- Opt-in only. We send text messages only to people who have given consent, for example by checking the SMS consent box when booking a call. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing.

10. Client customer data
When we build AI employees for a client business, we may process information about that business's customers (for example, phone numbers of customers who join a rewards program) on the client's behalf and according to the client's instructions. In that case, the client's own privacy policy also applies to their customers.
11. Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
